The name of this town is Tiltepec. It is known as the "Visually impaired Village". This town is situated in a thick woodland region. Around 300 individuals live in this town.   During their investigation they discovered a poisonous fly in the forests near Tiltepec. These flies are called “Black Fly”. Scientists also found huge number of black flies in the village. According to the scientists these flies carry a poisonous germ. When the fly bites any living thing, the germs spread in victim’s body very quickly. This germ is causing blindness to the human and the animals.

         

       When the government came to know about this problem, they made arrangements to move people to other place. But their attempt was unsuccessful.
